Some speak to everyone like they're children which then cascades down through the directors and managers and ultimately there is no feeling of mutual respect. Current Employee2.3May 23, 2024Kaseya has great products and the IT complete vision resonates well with the partners. Very low base and we took a 20% commission cut at the beginning of the year. Quota is unattainable for 90% of the org. AEs don't have a set promo plan stating the production metrics we need to hit to get promoted.
