The quota attainment is completely unrealistic not to mention they only give you 30 accounts (the majority are dog meat) but yet they expect you to sell 100k per quarter. This is not department based this is across the board the toxicity comes from the CEO. This company is the most micromanaging company I've ever seen in my life.
