How would you rate the sales team at Kaseya in terms of mentorship and growth opportunities? Would you suggest pursuing a career in sales at Kaseya based on your interactions with the team?

I would not, this is the most toxic company I've ever worked for. They will lure you in with equity promises. Will say they promote within and that they are planning to add a thousand reps and that there will be tons of MGMT opp which is not true. They also offer zero real leadership development.

If you have options, I recommend running as far away from Kaseya as possible. Empty promises are everywhere, pay is minimal and constantly decreasing. OTEs are not even close to being obtainable. High quotas are implemented by design to ensure they don't have to pay their reps. Management...horrible

Perhaps one of the only pros of working at Kaseya is the management and team members' willingness to help you with advice, training, etc. They do promote you strictly based on performance which is nice. But keep in mind that performance here is VERY dependent on your book. You can have brand new reps come into new territories and do better than seasoned reps who have a subpar book full of clients who hate Kaseya. I get that "performance is based on your book" seems very cliche, but I have not seen an organization that is so territory-dependent as Kaseya. And all reps are held to the SAME standards regardless of their verticals or territories. I would not recommend it.
