Product was strong 2 years ago but feature releases are taking too long and the rest of the market is catching up. Good YoY growth as a company but concerns around going up market and overall product churn.

Leadership actually cares about the team members, and actively helps with a good portion of deals. The company is rolling out long awaited features that will keep the product/market fit at a high level.
