This place suffers from really poor senior leadership. There is no grasp on strategy or process and is in their own words 'a very start up culture that often creates a lot of problems'. Not worth the stress. There is also no one in the company who actually has a clue about regional markets outside of the US

Do not work here under any circumstances. The ability to grow accounts or land new ones is impossible. Senior leadership gets in the way of progress.

Karat was a unicorn in the space. Soon after I was brought on, they did a 25% reduction in force due to a hard market shift and uneasiness around AI, and how it would be used in coding. Due to that, Karat did another reduction in force with another 25%. It was a great company to work for in the short term I was there.
