I would say the only con in the sales development org specifically, is there isn't a ton of professional development or growth right now. I wish there was more opportunity to progress, increase my income and grow professionally.

Current Employee3.0May 29, 2025Since the lay offs a lot of good talent has left. Quota is now being raised and expectations are constantly changing. They cut training to be shorter unsure why but it’s not very good.
