Product speaks loud in marketplace- truly a quality networking play that is superior and having a product and service like that is what you want in your sales career. Problem are with all internal technical, support, crm and just all processes. The leadership changes and adds during last 18 months loudly signaled they were positioning to be acquired and in January HPE acquisition was announced. You could be very successful if games played correct- if you don’t or don’t have +Mil deals you are not worth it. Also very dependent on regionalized leadership. Great for mid career-

My overall experience at juniper has been great. From what I’ve seen, coherence and enablement has been lacking in the past but the company is taking steps to correct this. The product is great and acceptance is growing. The culture is supportive and accepting. Base pay and compensation could use some work but as an SDR/ADR it is very easy to exceed quota.
