My overall experience at juniper has been great. From what I’ve seen, coherence and enablement has been lacking in the past but the company is taking steps to correct this. The product is great and acceptance is growing. The culture is supportive and accepting. Base pay and compensation could use some work but as an SDR/ADR it is very easy to exceed quota.

Overall excellent engineering and technology, could be much better in terms of marketing to attract customers.
