The chances to move up/get promoted are few and far between, not to mention the product isn't built for enterprise-level utilization. The main positives are the product is really solid for SMB and maybe some mid-market orgs, and the inbound machine is strong.

Current Employee3.3Feb 27, 2025My overall experience has been good. Activity goals are high, and quota for meetings booked, completed and converted are pretty high as well. You are only compensated for meetings completed and Sales ops created from those meetings. Very high no show rate for meetings booked company wide.
