Current Employee J&J has world class training and development for the specific clinicals roles offered. The salary lacks compared to competition but they make up for it in the reputation that the clinical team has built. Not a ton of room for leadership roles as the field is saturated with many clinicals in my field of expertise. Current Employee Good place to work and great products to share with customers.
