People used as pawns, favoritism, lack of diversity and will to partner. People being hired into leadership roles with no experience.

J&J has world class training and development for the specific clinicals roles offered. The salary lacks compared to competition but they make up for it in the reputation that the clinical team has built. Not a ton of room for leadership roles as the field is saturated with many clinicals in my field of expertise.

Mission to help patients was strong, but executive leadership was inexperienced in the market. Opportunity for high compensation, but it usually took 2-3 years to ramp up territory & time commitment was significant (50-60 work hours weekly).
