People used as pawns, favoritism, lack of diversity and will to partner. People being hired into leadership roles with no experience.

Too much corporate bureaucracy and admin. Limited development/career options. OTE earning has reduced rather than increased, despite targets going up considerably. Base compensation not keeping up with market rates.

J&J has world class training and development for the specific clinicals roles offered. The salary lacks compared to competition but they make up for it in the reputation that the clinical team has built. Not a ton of room for leadership roles as the field is saturated with many clinicals in my field of expertise.
