There are multiple divisions with different comp plans. On the capital sales side you can clear $200k but the majority of rules are between $125-175 with great benefits.

Great company culture providing patients with life improving treatment options through tech. Leadership is strong but team talent can be mixed. Requires long days in OR field selling to surgeons and customers.

Mission to help patients was strong, but executive leadership was inexperienced in the market. Opportunity for high compensation, but it usually took 2-3 years to ramp up territory & time commitment was significant (50-60 work hours weekly).
