Operations was the worst. They would ruin the simplest deal with their lack of professionalism and understanding of products.

Good company with great benefits but the corporate leaders put more importance on inputting information in salesforce for the data/metrics then on letting the sales people due what they were hired to do, sell.

Culture is lacking and basically a revolving door. Interestingly enough the senior reps have received a 30-40% pay cut the last few years while new reps have recieved a pay increase of 33%.
