Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Culture is lacking and basically a revolving door. Interestingly enough the senior reps have received a 30-40% pay cut the last few years while new reps have recieved a pay increase of 33%. The company rolled out a bogus compensation structure and a lot of experienced reps have left. The company does not take feedback well and it seems there is always a new, ridiculous and archaic roll out of policy that you’ll have to shield your customer against. This used to be a great place to grow your career with several reps staying more than a decade before last years incentive program. the corporate goons have proven they are nothing but bean counters making half witted decisions with no knowledge of the industry.
