Company has been going downhill for years, which is sad. Leadership is looking to stick it to their salespeople by only paying them a portion of their commissions and changing the structure without notice. Salespeople BEWARE!

Changing commission structure is hard to keep up with. finding out that sales 6 months ago were not included at end of year true up.

My overall experience was frustrating. It's a huge company and the wheels turn slow. The bureaucracy doesn't allow for much ground up innovation and requires compliance to constantly changing policies.
