Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My overall experience has been that of coming to a company with high expectations to be able to achieve growing a business and compensation year over year 250-350k. Last year we went through a fundamental compensation change where our OTE is based off quota, and % of salary is your TTE, and you can overdrive your goal, but after exceeding an excellence point your percentage of commission drops drastically. It then becomes a business decision as to whether you sell more and continue to overdrive only to get paid penny’s on the dollar to what you could make compared to old plan. They changed this compensation to essentially make drive all the high producers away, and be able to manage their 3billion dollar backlog and high young talent, and max their TTE at 150k to put everyone on same playing field. I know personally sellers who were banking over 400k every year due to their activity and business they built. Those days are long gone. Browse Other Reviews
