Base pay and incentives could be better but a higher percentage of reps on my team are at or over quota. The training they provide is excellent and there are many opportunities for advancement.

Current Employee3.4Nov 12, 2024Upper sales management is constantly messing with comp plan and, as of the last two years, hurt reps by a large amount (15-30% pay decrease). Overall, it's still paying over competition. Execution of projects hurts future sales. Invoicing and accounts receivable are absolutely terrible.
