Former Employee3.7Jan 31, 2024Overall experience was positive. They treat you like a robot and sometimes it's difficult to see the light at the end of the tunnel, but if you try hard and get decent results you get treated well and opportunities arise. If you like it, stay. If you don't, leave, but overall worth a shot

Current Employee3.1Dec 30, 2023relationship banker -- good to get your first reps in if this is your first job in sales, but I find my bank to be a nightmare because my manager is unfit to manage. Chase is a gigantic corporation and you'll have job security even if you underperform, but the role to start is horrific.
