Shocking place to work. Terrible culture, APJ was run by a total nut job when I was there. Never carried a number himself, promoted equally terrible leaders. Another typical software company where presales leaders have too much power.

Good comp plan with lots of upsell and cross-sell opportunities, sales leadership is lacking and there has been a lot of turnover the last few years.
