Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Honestly, the sales team is pulled in too many directions and is responsible for more than they should be, and the list keeps growing. In every job you have to take the good with the bad. But here, there is little support from an organizational structure (even for simple things like a reliable document repo). CEO does not hesitate to berate sales people, saying they are just paper-pushers and appointment setters who could easily be replaced by college interns. CEO also expects salespeople to know everything about every member of a customer org as well as the internal members of our delivery teams (upwards of 20-30 people per customer, 5-6 customers per rep) - down to things like what sports do their kids play. Thinks we should stalk on social media. There’s zero work/life balance. Profane, belittling emails from CEO. HR reports to CEO. It’s a mess - but sales is expected to be elite, despite being shown zero appreciation. Browse Other Reviews
