At times can, this can be a very toxic work environment. Little to no work life balance. Expectations change constantly, and there is no such thing as a job well done. You will only get feedback (reprimands) on perceived failures - even when they’re not actually failures. ELT wants to be involved in everything, yet accuses sales people of inadequacy and points to how ELT has to be involved in everything as evidence. You can’t win, you can only survive.
