Solid leadership when the founder was still the CEO, everything fell apart when the board chose a new CEO and then they got acquired. This changed a lot of internal policies and compensation structures

Formerly had a strong name for itself in Australia off the back of its on-premise days. Has since been driven into the ground through the private equity playbook. The only way they know how to bring new products to market is through fumbled acquisitions. Internal product team has not innovated in years. Suggest all potential sales reps and customers avoid this one.
