Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Intelerad is a good place to work. The product line is a solid fit in the Radiology and Healthcare space, and there is a solid, but not spectacular flow of inbound leads. Compensation is relatively fair and well-managed. Benefits are also a relative strong point. Base salary for Account Executives is WELL below market value, however. There have been many changes over the past 2 years but the company seems to be trending in the right direction. That said, the company needs to focus on retaining top talent that continues to be poached by competitors and start-ups promising equity and much higher salaries.
