Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Great remote selling role to educated customers. However total lack of training, leads, and leadership along with micromanagement make this position hard for new reps to find there groove. They use the Brad Jacob’s model of acquisitions to grow market share. This means there is a constant influx of people from different companies with a clash of leadership styles, products to learn and overall confusion of what is the standard operating procedure for your role. But if you’re ok with living off of 55-60k base for 9-10 months before a deal closes then this could be a good fit for you. The trick is not getting canned before your first deal goes through. Also the culture is very much everyone for themselves. Do not expect help from co-workers who have been here awhile. Sales reps are unwilling to spend time helping new reps who they feel will quit or get fired in 6 months. Browse Other Reviews
