Having built the pilot and proved concept; leadership refused transparency with commissions, refused promotion opportunities, refused equity. Management wasn’t open for critique or feedback on what could have been done better. Leads dried up, favoritism was shown, toxic work environment.

I was the only person in my entire 80+ person department who wasn't white or a man and was told people dont trust mebbecause im not friendly enough.
