No diversity whatsoever in certain departments. I was the only person in my entire 80+ person department who wasn't white or a man and was told people dont trust mebbecause im not friendly enough. Professional development and career advancement are non-existent after cutting the annual promotion cap from the already low 10% to 5%. Hard-core boys club culture. Both...Read More
