Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience was trying to persuade potential organizations that Insightly's laggy CRM tool was a bargain against stronger and better known CRMs. Culture was stiff with clear arrogance across the sales team. Belittled by leadership during deal presentations "You will not win this deal" vs providing guidance or advice on how to progress and learn. Witnessed the better AEs on the team get laid off, even the sole AE who achieved yearly quota. Them among 25% of the organization were let go with no prior notice, only to be given a 4 week severance and no health coverage. Another similar round of layoffs followed. Browse Other Reviews
