Average, to say the least. No inbound and if you do they are recycled and potentially weeks old. No push for inbound generation it seems.

Highest compensation in my local office is about $400,000. Most make $100k or less (including base). It takes a few years to get up off the ground and favoritism is a thing. The people were absolutely incredible, and I truly developed my professional skills so much. However, the compensation is criminally low for somewhere that only hires from within.
