The people were absolutely incredible, and I truly developed my professional skills so much. However, the compensation is criminally low for somewhere that only hires from within. You cannot earn commission for about 10 months, and the pay during that time translates to about 45k annually before overtime ….in the most expensive cities (I was in LA). Other places are as low as 33k ish
