Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Highest compensation in my local office is about $400,000. Most make $100k or less (including base). It takes a few years to get up off the ground and favoritism is a thing. Hard work is the biggest motto but the expectation of what that looks like oftentimes is not sustainable for someone who has anything outside of their work life. Successes are celebrated by the team which is great. But it’s also a “more, more, more” culture. Prospect to sale to commission is a long process and requires the ability for long term relationships.
