Insight has a good base compensation but leadership does not know what they are doing. Recent changes have lowered ICR and raised OTE, making it significantly harder to make good money.

Great company but the base compensation could be better as it is difficult to build your book of business and start hitting your quota.

Very high income ceiling for over the long term, but takes significant time investment to see true potential. When it comes to compensation, the base salary is very low. However, this is due to the segment of the market this company is in. The commissions should make up for the low base salary. You may have a higher earning potential than most tech industries.
