The pay, culture, and diversity & inclusion is very poor. Inbound leads are fake. Very micromanaging culture mixed with incompetent managers. Please promote and train new employees because that is the only way the company can succeed.

Very high income ceiling for over the long term, but takes significant time investment to see true potential. Span of control is too high for frontline leaders. No accountability for VPs/Seniors. Preach development and do not follow thru. Compensation is well below industry standards.
