Former Employee My experience at ISDC was life changing. I started right out of college as an SDR. I quickly achieved president's club was promoted to level 2, then outbound sdr, then mid market sdr, then inbound team lead, then inbound special projects, then floor lead, then expansion AE. From there I was promote to Floor manager, deal desk manager, and Field Enterprise AE under the 20 year Salesforce veterans that were brought in. As you can imagine, I have great things to say, was bought in to the process, and was promoted many times. My OTE went from 36k base with a 50k total OTE all the way up to a 120k with a 200k upside. Company treated me special and kept rewarding me as I kept winning awards. Sadly, all of my shares are underwater, the company sunsetted our value prop, rejected a salesforce buyout for 1B and then were late to the table in the sequence/cadence flow game with the late product called playbooks. Playbooks failed to utilize any of the proprietary data and technology we had produced for a decade and the company quickly fell in to disarray. Browse Other Reviews
