I was with the company for less than a year and it appears they over hired, missed lots of organizational sales goals and the PE firm that owns them cleaned out leadership and started major cuts. My understanding is that they just completed round 12 of layoffs.

Good company, sure there's been some changes but thats the case for most orgs in the category & industry as a whole.

Really chaotic, buckle up. So much over rotating. Very difficult to keep up with the changes and maintain focus.
