Working at InMoment has shown that constant organizational change can be very deteriorating to a company's workforce.

My overall experience at InMoment was poor. If you love being micro-mananged this might be the place for you. Leadership doesn't care about employees well-being despite the fact that they sell Employee Experience software. Everyone is walking on eggshells and employee moral is at an all-time low. Look elsewhere unless you're desperate
