Junior employees are dissatisfied, while senior employees are comfortable as they have big accounts with natural growth. Some sales reps don't understand that the account are company accounts and not personal accounts. Although it is a great place to learn and gain an understanding of the market, there is still a lot of room for improvement in the internal processes, onboarding and careers development.
