Strong solution for the IT Research & Advisory space as it offers unbiased and relevant research to help CIOs and IT leaders make strategic, timely, and well-informed decisions. Guidance is more practical and relevant than Gartner and provides step-by-step recommendations to achieve key IT projects. Company is growing rapidly with clear goals, but over-hired based on current market conditions. This is making it harder for sales teams to achieve/over-achieve quotas. Friendly, transparent culture.

Good product, its improving. Fairly cutting edge for certain industry verticals. But leadership, compensation, your book of business is a joke. They pretend like you'll have a full book when joining, you will not. On top of that the status of the accounts you receive are dubious at the very least - high risk right from the jump.

SoftwareReviews took a nosedive in 2023 and never recovered. All the reps with previous sales experience were let go in favor of those with customer service backgrounds who lack the experience to understand how poorly they are being led.
