Achievements are based on extreme self-driven hard work and luck. There is no support for sales - no SaaS tools to help with the role, no marketing help. Inbound leads are very rare (maybe 1 every 3-4 months and even then it's highly unqualified).

Good product, its improving. Fairly cutting edge for certain industry verticals. But leadership, compensation, your book of business is a joke. They pretend like you'll have a full book when joining, you will not. On top of that the status of the accounts you receive are dubious at the very least - high risk right from the jump.

I worked at Info-Tech for almost 2 years. Turnover is very high even for sales. Culture is ok but I've worked at better. Overall a fine place to start your career but not somewhere I would recommend staying long.

Pros: Its a chill work culture for the most part. Flexibility in remote and understanding. Cons: Product is extremely challenging to sell. Lot of pressure and expectation put on the Acquire team to perform. Unrealistic expectations - high level managers out of touch and insulated.
