I can only speak for inside sales. Great place to get experience for the full sales cycle and make great commission. not much room for growth to leadership or up the sales hierarchy. The inside sales team could use more sales training and product training. The company has changed drastically in the last 2 years feeling more corporate and a larger divide between leadership.

My overall experience was negative. This company is ran by militant, micromanaging sales leaders who will never reward you appropriately for doing a great job, but will remind you early and often when you aren't. Takes advantage of former teachers who know nothing about sales! Run!
