My overall experience was negative. This company is ran by militant, micromanaging sales leaders who will never reward you appropriately for doing a great job, but will remind you early and often when you aren't. Takes advantage of former teachers who know nothing about sales! Run!

I can only speak for inside sales. Great place to get experience for the full sales cycle and make great commission. not much room for growth to leadership or up the sales hierarchy.
