Continuously hire new VPs for short stints, none of whom have helped solve the challenges of GTM. Treat people horribly when numbers start to decline (like 0% of reps hit quota). Withholding commissions, clawing back unlimited PTO monies from last checks, retaliation fires, juvenile and incompetent managers, no accountability from leadership.
