Overall, there are better companies out there to work for and recommend to closely read these reviews. I've never seen an organization with as few sellers making their numbers in both new business and the client install side. This is an Engineering led company with weak to no sales culture extending to the CRO and CEO mostly out of touch on the realities of the business. We are getting crushed in the market on pricing with out of reach quotas and our Founders only recently recognized CSAT as something they should have given more attention but still are lagging the industry.

Was once great, but is now broken. Benefited greatly from the mass demand for transformation during the pandemic. But in tougher market conditions their strategy is struggling, which is apparent based on Forrester's latest CLM report.

Leadership is over their skii’s - there is a constant of throw something against the wall to see what sticks- the churn of employees is very high
