Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee I’ve had a great experience working at Hudl. The product market fit is incredible, and as a company we are in a very strong position to continue growing through strategic acquisitions and product development as we expand our reach across athletic organizations. Generally there’s a culture of trust and family values, giving reps freedom to own their schedules and maintain a strong balance with life outside of work. One of my only critiques would be the laid back culture can result in a lack of professionalism and accountability. Benefits are great which helps to make up for a comp plan that is below the industry average.
