I’ve had a great experience working at Hudl. The product market fit is incredible, and as a company we are in a very strong position to continue growing through strategic acquisitions and product development as we expand our reach across athletic organizations. Generally there’s a culture of trust and family values, giving reps freedom to own their schedules and maintain a strong balance with life outside of work. One of my only critiques would be the laid back culture can result in a lack of professionalism and accountability. Benefits are great which helps to make up for a comp plan that is below the industry average.

My overall experience at Hudl was what I expected - a dynamic and fun workplace environment with lots of flexibility and life-work balance. However, the main drawback is the low base pay and relatively low OTE to other comparable companies.

My overall experience has been very positive in my time there. The system changes for this year have made the easiest part of the position. I'm sure it will get better with time but it's a very difficult time at the moment.
