They are in the process of expanding the Enterprise team by 200%+ and there are not enough leads to support the expansion. They also recently decoupled SDR's with AE's so there is no collaboration to book meetings; you're on your own. Great culture, but very slow growth and quick ramp considering the deal cycle is 12 months.

The organization is going through a number of changes as they try to move from 25m in revenue to 100m. There are have been a number of cuts, generally to hire younger people.
