They are in the process of expanding the Enterprise team by 200%+ and there are not enough leads to support the expansion. They also recently decoupled SDR's with AE's so there is no collaboration to book meetings; you're on your own. Great culture, but very slow growth and quick ramp considering the deal cycle is 12 months.

Nothing else to add. Great company, benefits and people. Depending on your territory, inbound lead flow can be weak.
