Back to ReviewsFormer Employee The company is being sold out to the european company that is switching it to a pay per lead structure and they have no care to keep almost any of the sales force. they went from a team of 125 sales to 15. Laying off everyone from CEO, CFO, Sales VP etc. They also changed the product so many times in just the 2 yers I was there to try and back pedal and sell as much as they could but had a massive disconnect between the Sales floor and customer success managers due to the compensation structure.
te only positive I can think of was decent Benefits fully remote, and they had a diverse team culturally
