The company is being sold out to the european company that is switching it to a pay per lead structure and they have no care to keep almost any of the sales force. they went from a team of 125 sales to 15. Great culture and easy place to work. Product reputation was bad, leads were hard sell and rude and unprofessional. Not even 1% made over 100k per year

Terrible recycled dead leads and non stop cold calling on Zoom

Feels like a sweatshop. Constantly calling people who have already expressed disinterest in the product because it doesn't align with their needs. Meeting quota is almost impossible. Also, terrible micromanaging as you're expected to be on camera the entire day. Oh, and they subtly encourage you to work unpaid overtime hours.

Attainment across the board is very low. Had a great manager but have heard horror stories from other teams who had a different manager regarding micro management.
