Attainment across the board is very low. Had a great manager but have heard horror stories from other teams who had a different manager regarding micro management. Product needs extreme improvements as the prospects you sell to will be constantly cancelling. Your objection handling skills will shine in this role as the product is known in the industry to have major issues. Overall, if you’ve never been in B2B sales this can be a good start as you’ll learn everything from prospecting, lead qualification, pitching, demoing, all the way to negotiating to closing.
