Very solid team and probably the market-leading product in it's sector. Product is moving in a really smart direction and leadership seem to know what they are doing on that front. Nice mixture of quick wins and longer (bigger) deals to manage, however it can sometimes take reps a while to build up their pipeline. Nice balance of inbounds and partner referrals, but doing your own outbound is still needed (probably making up 20% of your pipe). Compared to other org's though, outbound isn't a chore as we have a pretty clear pain we're trying to solve - so if you find the right accounts, outbound can be pretty easy and fun. All in all, a good company that seems to be run very sensibly and pragmatically by leadership.

Good PMF. Okay leadership. Pricing model is confusing. Ton of ambiguity around comps for sales people. It's a promising company, they just need to build proper infrastructure to support teams to avoid employee burnout.

Great place to work! I think Hofy is only at the precipice of its growth and will be on a tear for the next couple of years.
